On Friday October 7, NSW Parliament was taken over by hundreds of young people and their families for our annual Family Fun Day.
This booked out event included a hands-on workshop by renowned political cartoonist Eric Löbbecke, a voting activity by the NSW Electoral Commission and a visit from Sir Henry Parkes and some real suffragettes. Children of all ages were allowed behind the scenes to learn about the important work that occurs in their state parliament.
