The Parliament of NSW opens its virtual doors to teachers and students for whom distance and time may be a barrier to visiting the Parliament.
Teachers and students can now experience being in the NSW Parliament without leaving the comfort of the classroom. Enter the legislature, historic rooms and public areas of the Parliament, enjoy the spaces at your own pace, and hover over pop-up information boxes to learn about the history and hidden features of the Parliament. Enter the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council, travel through the Corridor of Premiers, learn about ceremonial artefacts and discover the Reconciliation Wall, an exhibition space that promotes art by Aboriginal artists.
Alternatively, just press ‘play’ on our auto-pilot feature to sit through a pre-recorded tour of the Parliament of NSW.
