Captivating you with a cultural experience during the hustle and bustle of a sitting night at NSW Parliament House, Sharon, a proud Ngemba and Weilwan Woman based on beautiful Wiradjuri Country, brings her world class cultural experience.

Sharon and Vanessa will be preparing incredible bush foods masterfully created from authentic Australian native products that are ethically sourced and sustainably harvested.

Indulge in the authentic cultural entertainment, music and cultural storytelling, and learn from Sharon’s exceptional knowledge of Aboriginal culture and food.

This degustation dining experience will leave your mouth watering with its fusion of modern techniques and traditional methods incorporating seafood, game meats, rainforest fruits, desert delights, and native beverages.

The Menu:

Barramundi lemon myrtle broth, sea succulents
Sweet and sour crocodile, kakarla
Kangaroo, spiced sweet potato, wattleseed burnt onion jam
Emu, emu apples, native thyme roasted vine tomato, crispy saltbush
Dark Chocolate & Quandong tart, chantilly cream
